About Drew Johnson

Drew C. Johnson graduated from Groton High School, Groton, South Dakota, in 1966. He attended the University of South Dakota School of Law (B.A. 1970; J.D. 1973). He was a law clerk for the Second Judicial Circuit (1973 – 1974), special assistant to the South Dakota Attorney General (1980 – 2002), Brown County Bar Association President (1990 – 1991), and is currently the City Attorney for Groton, South Dakota, and a member of the South Dakota State Bar and South Dakota Trial Layers Association. Practice areas include Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Insurance Claims, Business Pursuits, Family Law, Wills, Probate and the General Practice of Law. He has over 40 years of experience in Federal and State Court.
